Mantra Meditation the heart of the Sunday Program is designed to meditate on the Supreme Lords potency. In the age of Kali lord’s potency is descended in the form of name. The following verse is quoted in Chaitanya Charitamrta Adilila regarding the potency of Lord’s name:

harer nāma harer nāma
harer nāmaiva kevalam
kalau nāsty eva nāsty eva
nāsty eva gatir anyathā (CC-Adi-Lila 7.76)

Hence, in Krishna Balaram mandir every Sunday, mantra meditation is carried out for 15 minutes. Devotees are instructed on how to chant the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra (Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare /  Hare Rama Hare Rama,  Rama Rama Hare Hare) using tulsi beads. The divine meditation l;asts for 10 minutes and one round comprising of 108 times lords name is chanted.
