Akshaya Tritiya is regarded as one of the most auspicious days for new beginnings. The word ‘Akshaya’ in Sanskrit means inexhaustible, that which is unlimited or everlasting. Thus this festival is a celebration of unending happiness, peace and prosperity. Following are few of the significant aspects of this auspicious day:
1) Kuvera became the treasurer of the devatas with the blessings of Srimati Lakshmi Devi
2) Lord Krishna blessed Sudama with wealth & prosperity
3) Draupadi was bestowed with the Akshaya Patra vessel by the Suryadeva.
We invite you to join us for a special Arati and Kunkama Archana to Lakshmi Devi to invoke wealth, prosperity and happiness. You can also perform Annadana Seva on Akshaya Tritiya. On this auspicious day, performing charitable activities in the service of Go Mata is also recommended. Offer Go Seva to protect and nourish the cows residing at our Goshala.
